Refunds are available for any deposits which have been paid and where cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice. Deposits can also be transferred to rescheduled appointments with over 24 hours’ notice. We do not refund to gift vouchers or bank transfers. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee; less than 4 hours or no-shows incur a 100% fee.
